About Us

Theatre Guild, founded in 1966, is a 501(c)3 whose purpose is to develop, promote and foster the expertise, fellowship and enjoyment of the theater experience for both club members and the community at large. We make numerous charitable contributions. Some of these include awarding scholarships to local High School drama students, providing support to local families in need and donating to various outreach projects in the Village. See Community Outreach (Donate)

Find your passion!

Our membership includes people of all backgrounds who come together for a common goal; providing entertainment for our community. From directing to producing to working behind the scenes we have a role for you. No experience is required as we provide coaching and classes for those who would like to try something new. This is community theater at its best, providing popular performances for the senior residents of Laguna Woods. It’s a great way to meet new people and have fun!  Here's what some of our members had to say:

Our Meetings

We offer 8-10 different programs/events per year and they are on the third Thursday of the month. Many are free to members, $10.00 for guests.
